It’s one year program in which Trainees are rotated in different departments to get a holistic picture of Abudawood Pakistan. After rigorous training and rotations for a year, trainees are given a permanent role based on their interest and performance at the end of the year.
Minimum Selection Criteria
Recent Masters from a reputable university
- First Round: Screening interview with HR
- Second Round: Focus groups
- Third Round: Final interview with General Manager and Head of HR
