Section Supervisor Sub D supervises Sub-D sales operations. He is responsible to train, coach and develop his Sub-Distributors. He has to develop company’s business and manage daily sales by efficiently implementing Sub-D guiding principles. He also has to ensure smooth day to day sales operation to achieve monthly targets which are in line with company’s objectives. He is responsible to hire and finalize Sub Distributors, he has to build long term relationships with his Sub-Distributors and give them maximum desirable customer service.
